How points work
Everything you already do counts. Nothing here asks you to buy anything.
| What you do | Points |
|---|---|
| Train a session at Results | 10 each · no limit |
| A ReviveX recovery visit | 10 each |
| Try a ReviveX modality you've never used | +10 bonus |
| Workout at your own gym (ReviveX members) | 10 each · max 3/week |
| Hit a daily habit target | 2 per day |
| 10-minute strength homework | 5 each · max 3/week |
| Bring a friend in with you | 15 · once for the month |
| Improve on your strength test | 50, 75 or 100 |
Three ways to win
You're not only competing against the room. Most of it is you against your own Day 1.
Highest average points per person across the month. The winning team gets called out and celebrated at the Finale — and your coach will want it as badly as you do.
Individual standings go up on the whiteboard every Monday. Ten names.
Most Improved on the hold test, Most Improved on the lift, and Most Consistent for the highest habit score. Plus weekly raffles all month.
The strength test
Once at the start, once at the end. You're scored on your own change, not on the number.
You take one test, not both. Your coach knows which one is yours and will test you during a session you're already booked for — there's nothing extra to schedule. Everyone gets ranked against others doing the same test, so the top 25% of improvers score 100, the next 25% score 75, and everyone else scores 50.
ISOPHIT push-up hold
- Bar at 60°, shoulder blades under the bar
- Hold as long as you can — that's your score
- Full push-up, or on your knees if that's where you're starting
- Identical setup at the start and the end, so the only thing that changed is you
Trap bar
- Estimated 1-rep max, read off the velocity tracker
- A few rising sets, two reps each
- Nobody maxes out. You never lift a weight you haven't already handled
One new habit a week
Each one stays for the rest of the month. By week four you're doing all four.
You report them yourself, once a week, on the Sunday check-in form. It takes about thirty seconds. Miss a Sunday and that week's habit points are gone — they don't carry over.
The check-in form
Bookmark the one that's yours. Same link every Sunday, all month.

Go undefeated in October
Every session on your October schedule is a win. Take all of them and you finish the month undefeated — and undefeated is what gets you the shirt.
Results members
Your October sessions are already on the books. Train them, and do both strength tests. Not sure what your month looks like? Your coach has it.
ReviveX members
Use every visit in your pack, and try at least two modalities that are new to you. On a larger plan, your coach will tell you where you stand.
Questions people actually ask
Do I have to sign up?
No. If you're an active client you're already in. There's no form, no fee, and nothing to opt into. You can ignore the whole thing and nothing bad happens — you just won't score.
I'm away for part of October. Am I out?
Not out. Move those sessions instead of dropping them, and get them in before you go if the trip runs to the end of the month — a make-up in November doesn't count. If that genuinely isn't possible you still score everything else: points for your team, the awards, the top 10, and your own test improvement. You just won't be undefeated.
I got sick and couldn't make one up. Is the streak gone?
Tell your coach the day you know, not the week of the Finale. There's no automatic exception — that's what makes the shirt worth having — but a coach with three weeks of notice can almost always find you the slot. A coach with three days can't.
I'm injured or can't do the test. What happens?
Tell your coach before your test day. There are modifications for most things, and a different test setting still counts as long as you use the identical setting again at the end. If you genuinely can't test, you still score everything else.
Can I join after it starts?
Entry closes Sunday Oct 5. After that the teams are set and the baseline testing window has closed, so there's no fair way to add someone.
I forgot the Sunday check-in. Can I do it Monday?
Submit it anyway — late is better than never, and your coach can sort it. But don't count on it. The reliable move is Sunday night before bed.
Who picks the teams?
The coaches draft them, and they're deliberately mixed. You won't necessarily be on your own trainer's team, and that's on purpose so every squad has a fair shot.
Does it matter that I'm not the strongest person here?
It matters less than you'd think. The test scores percentage improvement, so a client adding 10 seconds to a 20-second hold beats someone adding 15 seconds to a 60-second hold. Sessions, habits and bringing a friend don't care how strong you are at all.
What if I train somewhere else too?
If you're a ReviveX member who trains at another gym, those workouts count — report them on the Sunday form, up to 3 a week.
Two people tie. Then what?
Whoever improved more on their strength test. That’s the number this whole month is built on, so it breaks the tie. If it's still level, both names go up.
Costume day & the Finale
Two dates. One's in your session, one's a party.
Friday, Oct 30 — Costume day
Last Friday of the challenge. Train in costume. Nothing to sign up for — just come to your session dressed for it. Bring your camera face.
Friday, Nov 6 — The Finale
Evening, drop in on your way out for the night. The winning team announced live, the awards, and shirts handed to the people who earned them. It's a lot better crowded.
Why the gap? October has to finish before anyone can count it. The week in between is us tallying every session, every test and every check-in so the names read out on the 6th are the right ones.
