We often receive similar inquiries from new clients. Following is a list of the most frequently asked questions.

Q: WHERE IN RIDGEFIELD ARE YOU LOCATED?

A: Results Fitness is conveniently located at 17a Governor Street in the same plaza as Way of the Sword and Ancona’s. 


Q: WHAT KIND OF CLASS MEMBERSHIPS DO YOU OFFER?

A: We offer several ways to be a member, from class 10-packs to monthly “unlimited” packages to annual year-long offerings. Click HERE for our current brochure overview.


Q: DO I NEED A MEMBERSHIP TO TRY A REDZONE HIIT CLASS?

A: No. At Results Fitness, we offer a complimentary four-class trial. All we ask is that you fill out a health history and consent form prior to the start of your first class.


Q: WHAT IF I CAN’T DO EVERYTHING DURING CLASS? I HAVEN’T WORKED OUT IN A WHILE.

A: One of the things that sets Results Fitness apart from other fitness facilities is our ability to adapt the RedZone class to any fitness level during classes, using heart rate metrics. With our ability to track your heart rate and effort in class we can help adjust the intensity of any given exercise to keep the workout challenging but never extreme. With every class comes increased confidence and strength, so we encourage first timers to go at their own pace and have fun.


Q: HOW MANY CALORIES ARE BURNED PER REDZONE CLASS?

A: The amount of calories burns depends on the weight of the individual and the amount of effort used. In general, RedZone participants burn 500-1,000+ calories during our most intense 60-min RedZone Metabolic classes.


Q: DO YOU HAVE CHILDCARE AT RESULTS?

A: We do not. 

Q: DO YOU HAVE CHANGING/LOCKER ROOMS AT RESULTS?

A: Yes. We have men and women changing rooms, complete with toiletries and showers. We provide hand towels for clients to use during classes and large towels for showering.


Q: HOW DO I BOOK REDZONE CLASSES?

A: Class schedules can be reviewed and booked using the easy MindBody app. All classes must be booked in advance. No walk-ups are available. Click HERE for our current brochure overview.

Q: FOR YOUR BOXING REDZONE CLASS, DO YOU PROVIDE GLOVES?

A: If you are interested in trying a RedZone boxing class results will provide you with loaner gloves. Gloves are available for purchases for any classes after. 

Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

A: RedZone classes can be cancelled without penalty if cancelled using the MindBody app. Personal training clients can cancel their session at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.


Q: DO I BUY THE HEART RATE MONITOR TO USE DURING REDZONE CLASSES?

A: Yes. All RedZone clients purchase a $99 heart rate monitor. We find it to be a crucial tool for assessing effort and cardiovascular fitness. We sell the MYZONE MZ3 monitors at a steep discount.

Q: WHY DO YOU LIMIT ATTENDANCE IN REDZONE CLASSES?

A: We cap our classes at Results to ensure that our coaches are able to pay close attention to each client, providing them with a safer and more effective workout. 

Q: WHY DON’T YOU DISCUSS PERSONAL TRAINING PRICING OVER THE PHONE?

A: Our candid answer is that we do not discuss PT pricing on the phone because every client has different needs, different schedules, different workouts and different commitments. We invite you to come for a complimentary “success session”—you and your coach will go over your medical history and goals, an action plan (plus a sample training session) that will help ensure you reach your goals, and the cost of your personalized plan. 


Q: DO YOU SELL WATER/BEVERAGES?

A: We do sell water at Results Fitness for $1. We also have water fountains for you to fill up if you are coming in with your own cup. 

Q: WHO OWNS RESULTS?

A: Results Fitness is family owned. It was started in 2002 by brothers JP and Salim Mikhael.
